The lady at the desk was very kind and helped me get done what I needed to! The people at Epping DMV have a sense of humor and aren't clueless and depressed like some other people I have dealt with in the past. If you’re not going to take walkins and just never get to us in a timely manner, then state that online. This woman said to this man, “You just have to wait. You’re at the bottom of the food chain. There is no way in knowing when you will be seen.” Absolutely ridiculous way to treat people. I was there for over 2 1/2 hrs with people that were there before me , never being seen yet. I left.
Horrible experience
Arrived at 830am as I had to work at 10. Nowhere in the DMV that tells u that if u don't have an appointment be prepared to be there for 3 to 4 hours. Appointments are taken 1st and walk ins need to wait til all appointments have been done. One window should be designated to walk-ins but that is not the case. I finally got taken at 1145
I normally use the Concord office for all of my DMV business, but circumstances brought me to Epping today. The folks in Concord are generally courteous and professional, but my experience in Epping was absolutely among the best I’ve ever had in a DMV office. Even though it was closing time, and I am sure the end of a long day, everyone in the office was in a good mood, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I may very well just come here in the future instead of going to Concord.
If you can book an appointment online, do it! It saves time! You still may have to fill out paperwork, but, it is less than you would have to do without booking online. This office can fill up quite quirky quickly with plenty of people. I think they had a waiting area for people with children.
The staff were friendly and the woman who handled my paperwork joked with me. The only sudden surprise was how long I would have to wait for what I applied for to be mailed to me.
There was enough parking 🅿️ when I arrived, but, it may depend on the day and what volume of people arrive.
The only issue was that the building is a little small for the volume of people that can show up. It can get crowded very quickly. I think 🤔 they had WiFi.
I remember the office that was in Newington NH from years ago. Ugh 😫! This place is better!
Absolutely unprofessional. I have never been disrespected because of the automobile that I drive but to have a tester come up to my vehicle and say THIS is what we're driving with attitude? It recently passed inspection which should be the only part that matters. My family's come to this location to get their licensing for generations and I feel like the new generation of driving testers are nitpicking the wrong things for road safety.
Staff is incredibly slow. Took 2 hours to get through 10 people.
Staff isnt helpful and wont do anything even slightly extra to help you.
Overall staff is rude to a lot of elser folk. Dont have a flag anywhere inside either.
